I called Adam when my dryer was not heating up. He listened to my story over the phone, discussed three possible issues, ordered the potential parts and came within 4 days to fix the dryer. While he was working on the dryer he noted mold in my washer gasket. He quoted me the cost of repair and we discussed benefits of doing this in an older washer. He again ordered the part and came at a time convenient for me to repair. He was very easy to communicate with and very responsive over text and in person. By pre ordering the parts the service was timely and efficient. I was very happy with the service provided and would use him again.
Adam was prompt at responding over the weekend to my request and over the phone he suggested it could be the compressor or a leak. Upon inspection, he was correct about the leak, although he could have said the compressor, which is a more expensive repair. My problem go solved, from calling Homestars to payment, within 2 hrs. Pretty fast and reliable!
My LG fridge was no longer cooling. Adam came in within the same day and was able to identify the problem right away. Hes polite, friendly and very professional and completed the work within the time frame he predicted.
